“ The foundation of every successful partnership is trust” is one of Jim Kreminski’s quotes and he has been living up to those words by building on a foundation of trust with his clients for over 30 years. Jim started his career in the mortgage industry in 1990 working for a mortgage broker and in 1993 went to work for JP Morgan Chase becoming a top producer and Retail Mortgage Branch Manager. After 17 years with Chase he made the decision to change over to Golden Empire Mortgage because it would give him access to an investment pool of over 30 investors and banks while maintaining the benefits of being a direct lender. This enables Jim to offer wholesale pricing, and the most optimum loan products and programs that are in the best interest of the borrowers. Jim enjoys classic cars, sports, fishing and pretty much anything to do with mountains and rivers. He is also a very dedicated husband, father and soon to be grandfather.

After working for over 25 years in marketing and administrative positions in the banking and automotive industry, Joyce was fortunate to stay at home to raise two children as a stay at home mom. When Jim decided to open up Northwest Mortgage Advisors in Redmond, she made the decision to come alongside him as his assistant part time, which has grown into a full time position. Customer service is her top priority. It has been a huge blessing to be able to partner with her husband in his professional career as well as becoming part of helping others grow in their careers in the mortgage industry. She is also part of a non-profit organization, House of Hope located in Moldova, that rescues single moms and their children from abusive situations. Joyce enjoys family and friend get-togethers, hiking, reading and is looking forward to being a “Nana” soon.
