Jim and Joyce made the process of obtaining my home loan the easiest and least stressful, especially for a first time home buyer who didn’t know anything about buying a home. During the whole process, Jim explained everything clearly to me and wanted to make sure we got the best rates and loan for us. They were able to get my new home closed earlier than expected and were in constant communication with me the entire time and readily available for any questions or concerns that came up. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for helping us first time home buyers, we will definitely be using them again if we need another home loan and recommending them to all our friends and family!

5 STARS!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently closed on a refi loan and had the pleasure of working with Jenalee. She truly went above and beyond for me! I started this journey back in November of 2018, when my credit and equity was not where it needed to be. Instead of telling me like so many others have, that she couldn't help and would need to turn me away, Jenalee coached me on how to build up credit and gain points. I did the 'homework' she assigned, kept in touch about the progress, and over the months worked hard! 2.5 years later I was finally where I needed to be at to make this happen. Without Jenalee's guidance, I believe I would still be stuck. I'll also mention that I am not the easiest to work with haha, but Jenalee was extremely accommodating and as previously mentioned, went above and beyond for me. Thank you for all of the time and energy and especially the patience that you have put In over the past couple years! You are truly appreciated!

Since they are a brokerage, rather than one bank, he has access to lots of different loan types. He found the ideal loan that worked for us. We will definitely use him again. Highly recommend!

I was house searching but had no luck finding a lender to accept because of my bankruptcy. However, one day I googled and came across Jim. I gave him a call and discussed my situation and he was very welcoming and personable. He was very informative and he helped me find the best loan possible. After expressing several interest in a couple different homes, he was very patient and made the entire process easy. He has been in the industry a long time and has a lot of experience. He’s quick to respond, efficient and super friendly. After a few months, we finally found our dream home, made an offer and closed! Jim and Joyce made everything as painless as possible and I am proud to say because of them, they’ve helped me become a home owner. Thank you for the patience and hard work and making this possible.
